ISL78268ARZ-T7A Overview

In the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure around the pmic. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). DC control operates at 4.75V~5.5V volts and has 4.75V~5.5V supply voltage. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a -40°C~125°C TJ. It can switch at 50kHz~1.1MHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. To provide efficient switching control, Enable, Phase Control, Power Good, Soft Start is included in the dcdc regulator. A SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog integrated circuit is connected to the switch converters. The dc to dc voltage regulator is from the Automotive, AEC-Q100 series.
