ISL78268ARZ-T Overview

This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tube. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. 4.75V~5.5V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Suitable for a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. There is a switch at 50kHz~1.1MHz that can be used with this controller. dc dc regulator is made easier with Surface Mount. Enable, Phase Control, Power Good, Soft Start is used for efficient switching control in the dcdc regulator. An analog IC SWITCHING CONTROLLER is connected to the switch converters. Thare are switch converters of the Automotive, AEC-Q100 series.
