ISL6740IV-T Overview
In the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 2. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure around the pmic. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. To provide efficient switching control, Enable, Frequency Control, Soft Start is included in the dcdc regulator. A SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog integrated circuit is connected to the switch converters. DUAL are the position of the terminal of the switching converters. Various 16 terminations. This dc dc converter ic uses a variety of control techniques, including PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. It is recommended that the dc dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage be 9V. As a result, switching converter outputs current to the greatest value possible (0.5A).
