There is greater flexibility with the SOIC package.A total of 2 drivers are integrated into its configuration.Mosfet driver is based on 8 terminations.Mosfet driver is mounted using Surface Mount.Devices have 8 pins available.The device is specifically designed to function with a supply voltage of 5V V.As its interface IC, AND GATE BASED MOSFET DRIVER is being employed.An output current as high as 4A can be achieved at maximum power.This subcategory of MOSFET Drivers has a number of useful electronic components.Operating temperatures cannot exceed 70°C.0°C is the minimum permissible operating temperature.Due to its power supply of 5V, it provides an effective solution to power supply problems for a wide range of applications.During operation, the supply voltage of 5.5V is its maximum value.In order for it to operate, the supply voltage of 4.5V must be maintained.As a result, the current it emits is 4A.With a voltage of 1.27mA, it operates with a constant current.
