A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad package.A packaging method of Cut Tape (CT) is used.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 10.8V~13.2V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Temperature range 0°C~125°C TJ is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Non-Inverting.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number ISL6612.The board contains 10 pins for component connections.A high-side voltage can be set up to 36V (Bootstrap).
