A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.A packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR) is used.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 10.8V~13.2V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Temperature range 0°C~125°C TJ is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Non-Inverting.The configuration is based on 8 terminations.Specification is for 12V supply voltage operation.The board contains 8 pins for component connections.A high-side voltage can be set up to 36V (Bootstrap).
