ISL6609AIRZ Overview

A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 8-VQFN Exposed Pad package.A packaging method of Tube is used.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 4.5V~5.5V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Temperature range -40°C~125°C TJ is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Non-Inverting.The configuration is based on 8 terminations.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number ISL6609.Specification is for 5V supply voltage operation.The board contains 8 pins for component connections.A high-side voltage can be set up to 36V (Bootstrap).
