For greater flexibility, the 16-VQFN Exposed Pad package is adopted.A package of Tape & Reel (TR) has been used.This configuration includes 4 drivers.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.A supply voltage of 4.5V~5.5V demonstrates its superiority.N-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as 0°C~125°C TJ.The input type is Non-Inverting.Mosfet driver consists of 16 terminations as Mosfet drivers foundation.The device is specifically designed to operate at 5V volts.Its interface IC is BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.There are 16 component pins on the board.There can be a voltage up to 36V on the high-side (Bootstrap).
