ISL6567IRZ-T Overview
As a result of 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad compact design, the switching controller is compatible with most applications. 2 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). 4.9V~5.5V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. Workable in an dc switcher where -40°C~85°C TA is the -40°C~85°C TArm. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 200kHz~2MHz position. dc dc regulator can be generalized using Surface Mount. Switching control is made easier with the dcdc regulator's Enable, Frequency Control, Soft Start. Connected to a SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC, the switch converters are connected to a power supply.
