ISL6551ABZ Overview

As a result of 28-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) compact design, the switching controller is compatible with most applications. 1 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. An enclosure of Tube is used to package the PMIC. The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). 10.8V~13.2V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. Workable in an dc switcher where -40°C~105°C TA is the -40°C~105°C TArm. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 50kHz~500kHz position. dc dc regulator can be generalized using Surface Mount. Switching control is made easier with the dcdc regulator's Current Limit, Dead Time Control, Enable, Soft Start.
