ISL6546IRZ Overview

For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tube package. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad package. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. There is a switching frequency of 1.5MHz for this voltage regulator 12v. This voltage regulator 12v offers maximum design flexibility with an output current of 1.2A. As part of the ISL6546 series of regulators, the voltage regulators can be found.
