ISL6522IRZR5190 Overview

In the 16-VQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. There is a Tube solid enclosure around the pmic. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). DC control operates at 10.8V~13.2V volts and has 10.8V~13.2V supply voltage. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a -40°C~85°C TA. It can switch at 200kHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. To provide efficient switching control, Enable, Frequency Control, Phase Control, Soft Start is included in the dcdc regulator. In addition to "ISL6522", there are other relevant dc to dc converter ics you can find.
