ISL6522IRZ-TR5190 Overview

Capsuled in the 16-VQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. There is enough capacity in the dc motor controller to generate the output for the 1 input. PMIC packaging is solid with a Tape & Reel (TR) enclosure. A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. Voltages 10.8V~13.2V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Work well in dc switchers with a -40°C~85°C TA. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at 200kHz. A generalization of dc dc regulator can be made using Surface Mount. To ensure efficient switching, this dcdc regulator features a Enable, Frequency Control, Phase Control, Soft Start. You can find other relevant dc to dc converter ics by searching "ISL6522".
