ISL6522BCBZ Overview

In the 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. There is a Tube solid enclosure around the pmic. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). DC control operates at 10.8V~13.2V volts and has 10.8V~13.2V supply voltage. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a 0°C~70°C TA. It can switch at 200kHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. To provide efficient switching control, Enable, Frequency Control, Phase Control, Soft Start is included in the dcdc regulator. A SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog integrated circuit is connected to the switch converters. DUAL are the position of the terminal of the switching converters. Various 14 terminations. This dc dc converter ic uses a variety of control techniques, including PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. There is a DC switcher's nominal voltage of 12V.
