ISL6401CR Overview


In the 16-VQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. There is a Tube solid enclosure around the pmic. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). DC control operates at 4.5V~5.5V volts and has 4.5V~5.5V supply voltage. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a -40°C~85°C TA. It can switch at 50kHz~500kHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. To provide efficient switching control, Enable, Frequency Control is included in the dcdc regulator. A SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog integrated circuit is connected to the switch converters. QUAD are the position of the terminal of the switching converters. Various 16 terminations. This dc dc converter ic uses a variety of control techniques, including PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. There is a DC switcher's nominal voltage of 5V. It is recommended that the dc dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage be 4.5V. The dc to dc regulator can only accept 5.5V input voltage. As a result, switching converter outputs current to the greatest value possible (1A).
