ISL6398HRTZ Overview

The switching controller fits in the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package and is ideal for most applications. dc motor controller is suitable for 6 output generation. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tube rating. There are PWM Signal dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. A 4.75V~5.25V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Suitable for work in a -10°C~100°C TA dc switcher. With this switching controller, you can switch at 120kHz~2.025MHz. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. Thare switch converters are connected to an analog integrated circuit (IC) of type POWER SUPPLY SUPPORT CIRCUIT. There are a terminal (s) on the switching converters that are designed at QUAD. 40 terminations with various dc switching's functions. A 3.04V voltage of DC regulator was detected in the test statistics. If you start a project, note down the dc dc regulator's usual output current of 270A. There is 2.025MHz frequency setting on the switching controller. It is possible to set the input voltage as 5.25V for nominal working statuses. Voltage 5V must be supplied. It is recommended that there be 1 channels for high-quality communication.
