ISL6146AFRZ Overview


A DFN case is included with it. Among the options available for the part are 8 terminations. In this case, 8, 8 pins have been used to design it. To deliver its performance, it's powered by the 12V platform. A maximum reflow temperature of this part is used if 260 is to be run.
