ISL43640IRZ Overview

This electronic part is conveniently packaged in QFN EP, making it easy to ship abroad. This high-reliability packaging method uses advanced packaging methods Bulk. In total, there have been 16 terminations. A 1 channel electronic part produces high-quality output. A 3V voltage supply should turn on and run the electronic component. An injection of 16 pins is performed into the body of the electrical component. 4 circuits are used in this analogue multiplexer. Analog switches have 50Ohm internal resistance. To find out what the 16 pins do, please refer to the datasheets. It is a typical Multiplexer or Switches analog multiplexer. Users should never supply a voltage higher than 12V to a switch device. Analog switch ics with Single supply type are cost-effective. There should be 2V voltage fed to the electrical part below 2V. It would be sufficient to run this analogue multiplexer with 100pA current. The switch multiplexer may be damaged if it is exposed to voltage greater than 1?A. Operating voltages of 9V are compatible with the electrical part. Temperatures higher than 85°C are not recommended for operation of the analogue multiplexer.
