ISL41387IRZ Overview


An excellent driver IC for common LEDs thanks to its enhanced QFN EP package.The Bulk package houses this receiver.An operating voltage range of 5V is suitable for this line driver ic.There are 40 pinouts available on this transceiver which are market standard.The driver IC has improved power dissipation control.Its package size is drastically reduced by downsizing ICs and utilizing high-density Surface Mount mounting techniques.In terms of resolution, this ic receiver was capable of providing a 2-bit resolution.There is a 5V input voltage supply that can be used to operate this transceiver module.A subcategory named Line Driver or Receivers can be used to group this rf transceiver module.An 8-pin power supply is provided by this driver IC, which allows it to operate from an 5V-pin power supply.The module isolated transceivers are 2 receivers.During operation, the transceiver module's temperature must be below 85°C.It is important that this optical transceiver does not operate at -40°C degrees Celsius at its minimum operating temperature.The optical transceiver module's VCC pin should receive enough input current, but not more than 7mA.It is capable of driving LEDs with a voltage of 5mA as the input voltage to this integrating circuit.IC receiver uses LINE TRANSCEIVER interface ICs in order to control and manage data sharing between devices.Using an antenna, there are 1 transmitters, which produce radio waves in order to transmit or send data.
