ISL21080DIH310Z-TK Overview


This program utilizes the handy SOT-23 package.This part serves as a voltage reference and is controlled by a Series signal.There is an external packaging of Cut Tape (CT).With 3, different functions are terminated.Precision voltage measurements require 0.7% tolerance.Connected to the part is an analog integrated circuit (IC).An output voltage of 1.024V is determined based on test statistics.It is sufficient to output 1.A part with 3 pins is included.Reflow soldering shouldn't exceed 260.Pins 3 are firmly seated in the part.Being a type Voltage References, the voltage reference circuit has many applications.There are 0 input applications that can use the voltage reference.Surface Mount is the right platform for the application.There is 7mA way the reference voltage can output more current than 7mA in this case.Communication channels of high quality are currently unavailable.As the input voltage of this voltage reference ic is 6.5V, users should confine the voltage accordingly.There must be a 3V supply voltage for it to function.At 85°C degrees Celsius, it should be able to operate.As low as -40°C can be operated by it.It outputs a voltage of 1.024V.It uses 1.5?A when idle.Can the voltage reference ic contain Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC)?It starts running at 2.7V voltage at least, according to the record.If the current exceeds 1.5?A, the voltage reference ic may become damaged and may not operate correctly.1.024V is the voltage reference of the voltage reference circuit.A maximum supply voltage of 5.5V volts should not be exceeded by this voltage reference ic when it comes to its supply voltage (Vsup).
