ISL21009DFB850Z Overview


A handy package called SOIC is used.It is used as a voltage reference and is controlled by Series.The 8 terminations have a variety of functions.A precise voltage reference must have a tolerance of 0.16%.The reference voltage is coupled to an analog IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.On the basis of the test statistics, 5V voltage is output.The output of 1 is sufficient.Input is taken from a Fixed form.8 pins are included in the voltage reference ic.Temperatures should not rise above 260 during reflow soldering.Devices of type Voltage References are used in a wide variety of applications.7mA input applications can use the reference voltage.For Surface Mount applications, the reference voltage is appropriate.In this case, you cannot expect the voltage reference ic to output more current than 7mA.Its lowest voltage output is 5V.Since the voltage reference ic has a maximum input voltage of 18V, users should limit their voltage accordingly.There is a requirement for a 10V supply voltage.Temperatures above 125°C are not recommended for operation.The unit can operate at temperatures as low as -40°C.A voltage of 5V is output.There is 180μA current supplied to it.There is a 5V voltage reference provided by the voltage reference ic.
