There is a QFN case in which the instrumentation amplifier is packaged. Buffer amps of this type are called OPERATIONAL AMPLIFIER-types. The number of terminations is approaching the 16 mark. In order to be more specific, this instrumentation amplifier is one of the types of Operational Amplifier devices. 16 pins are included on the operational amplifiers. As a rule of thumb, the supply voltage of the op amp should not be lower than 4.5V. As a general rule, you should conduct this electronic component under dual supply voltages of 6V volts.
