The Isocom Components 2004 LTD Optoisolators - Transistor, Photovoltaic Output ISD5X is a reliable and cost effective isolation solution for signal transmission between disparate circuits. This is due to its Transistor Photovoltaic optocoupler, which guarantees electrical isolation and data integrity for a variety of applications. The ISD5X is a Dual Transistor Output optocoupler featuring DIP-8 packaging supporting isolation voltage up to 5kV. The device features an insulating barrier of up to 5kV between the input signal and output signal. It also features low saturation voltage and low temperature coefficient with an input current of 10mA and logic high voltage of 1.3V. The device also has low dark current, providing uninterrupted and reliable signal performance. The ISD5X is a dependable and efficient solution for signal transmission between diverse circuits, and its small size allows it to fit easily into spaces with tight design constraints.
