IRU3055CQTR Overview

There are a total of 1 outputs supported by the voltage regulator. The rectifier regulator is packaged in 36-BSOP (0.295, 7.50mm Width) for ease of transportation. In Tape & Reel (TR) package, ready for shipping. The general voltage output of this power supply regulator is 1.08V~1.85V. Surface Mount Universal mount allows for easy adaptation. The shunt regulator is intended for use in applications such as Controller, Intel Pentium® IV and others. It is recommended that the operating temperature be set to 0°C~70°C in order to prevent malfunctions. The input voltage for this external regulator is designed to be 5V 12V. Search IRU3055 to find more pin-to-pin solutions. A Surface Mount is provided for mounting on PCBs or other boards. There are 36 pins on the power regulator. It is not suitable for temperatures below 0°C. It is not recommended to exceed 70°C in temperature. There should be 60A output from the electrical regulator at the moment. There is a quiescent current of 19mA in this alternator regulator.
