IRU3037CFTR Overview

In the 8-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure around the pmic. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). DC control operates at 4.2V~25V volts and has 4.2V~25V supply voltage. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a 0°C~70°C TA. It can switch at 200kHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. To provide efficient switching control, Enable, Soft Start is included in the dcdc regulator. A SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog integrated circuit is connected to the switch converters. DUAL are the position of the terminal of the switching converters. Various 8 terminations. This dc dc converter ic uses a variety of control techniques, including PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. There is a DC switcher's nominal voltage of 5V.
