Capsuled in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller suits most application needs. The dc motor controller is adquate to generate for 1 outputs. Qualified to work in a 0°C~70°C TA dc switcher. This switching controller can switch at 400kHz. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. The dcdc regulator features Enable, Soft Start for efficient switching control. The switch converters are connected to a SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC. Terminal (s) of the switching converters are designed at the DUAL position. 8 terminations with a variety of function.
