IRS2109SPBF Description
A high-speed half-bridge gate driver IC from Infineon Technologies, the IRS2109SPBF is intended for use in high-frequency devices such DC-DC converters, motor drives, and Class D audio amplifiers. The MOSFET and IGBT driving capabilities of the IRS2109SPBF are up to 600V and peak currents of 2A. The IC is excellent for usage in challenging electrical settings thanks to its low shoot-through current and good common-mode transient immunity. In order to assure the device's dependable and secure operation, the IRS2109SPBF also has a number of protection features, such as under-voltage lockout, over-current protection, and thermal shutdown. The IC runs between -40°C and +125°C and is offered in an SOIC-8 package.
