As a result of the use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. As you can see, this harley voltage regulator contains 15 terminations. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~125°C TJ when operating. 600kHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.5V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to 0.6V volts. The maximum input voltage of voltage regulator is 21V. As a result of its peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator is virtually indestructible. To meet the switching regulator operation requirements, a nominal input voltage of 12V is provided.
