IR3103 Overview


For greater flexibility, the 11-SIP, 9 Leads package is adopted.A package of Tube has been used.This configuration includes 2 drivers.The device is mounted in the direction of Through Hole.A supply voltage of 10V~20V demonstrates its superiority.N-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -40°C~150°C TJ.The input type is Non-Inverting.There are various related parts under its base part number IR3103.The device is mounted using Through Hole.The pins are configured with 9 when designing the chip.700mA is the maximum output current.There can be a voltage up to 500V on the high-side (Bootstrap).Based on its basis, it integrates 1 outputs.An output current of 750mA is supported.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a temperature of 150°C.Operating temperatures can be as low as -40°C.For operation, 20V is the maximum supply voltage.For operation, 10V is the minimum supply voltage.Mosfet gate drivers outputs 500V as voltage.The gate driver belongs to the iMOTION? series.When 16kHz is used frequently, efficiency can be improved.
