IR2135PBF Overview


A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 28-DIP (0.600, 15.24mm) package.A packaging method of Tube is used.6 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Through Hole.When the supply voltage is 10V~20V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Temperature range 125°C TJ is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Inverting.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number IR2135PBF.The mount method is Through Hole.When the device is designed, it has 28 pins.In the maximum case, the output current can be limited to 500mA.A high-side voltage can be set up to 600V (Bootstrap).This device supports a current output of 200mA at the output.Based on the maximum power dissipation of 1.5W, it is clear that it is capable of transferring and conducting power losses without becoming overheated.Mosfet gate drivers produces a voltage of 10V.With a resistance of 100Ohm, it operates.
