IR2130STR Overview


A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 28-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package.A packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR) is used.6 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 10V~20V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Temperature range -40°C~150°C TJ is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Inverting.The configuration is based on 28 terminations.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number IR2130S.The mount method is Surface Mount.When the device is designed, it has 28 pins.Specification is for 15V supply voltage operation.In the maximum case, the output current can be limited to 500mA.There are several useful electronic components found in its subcategory of MOSFET Drivers.A high-side voltage can be set up to 600V (Bootstrap).The basis of this system consists of 3 outputs.Mosfet gate drivers is recommended that you set the operating supply voltage to 15V.
