IR21064 Overview


A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package.A packaging method of Tube is used.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Through Hole.When the supply voltage is 10V~20V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Temperature range -40°C~150°C TJ is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Non-Inverting.The configuration is based on 14 terminations.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number IR21064.Specification is for 15V supply voltage operation.There is an interface IC called HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER that is employed in this device.A high-side voltage can be set up to 600V (Bootstrap).Based on unique technology, FLOATING LOAD DRIVER; UNDER VOLTAGE LOCKOUT CIRCUIT can also be provided.
