IDT23S05-1DCI Overview


A Clock PLL is included with the SOIC package. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 240 under reflowing conditions. As a result of this, we can find 8 terminations. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3.3V. As the Clock PLL's input, LVTTL is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. It provides a maximum frequency of 133MHz. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 3.6V to operate this time clock generator. Safety considerations dictate that the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be greater than 3V. It is a 8-bit IC that is designed for microprocessors specifically. A frequency generator with -40°C operations has an impressive low-temperature performance. At a temperature of 85°C, the clock generator ic can operate with attenuated performance. Fundamentally, this is a kind of Clock Drivers clock PLL. As a result of this digital clock generator, there is a low timing skew at 0.25 ns max. Analog clock generator is configured with 4 pins that enable the high true output. Logic circuits that use PLL BASED CLOCK DRIVER logic are composed of this analog clock generator.
