ICS853111BYLFT Overview
It is package in LQFP case. It is packaged as a Tape & Reel (TR). In normal operation, 3GHz is the maximum value. A total of 32 terminations can be found in it. It is possible to achieve high efficiency with a 3.3V supply voltage. As a result, it is placed in the way of Surface Mount. 32 pins are present on timeing clock. There is a cut smart buffer contained in Clock Drivers that is used for this purpose. At a minimum working temperature of -40°C, it maintains reliability. It is possible to achieve stable operation when the maximum operating temperature is set to 85°C. In this case, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is set to 3.8V. In this clock divider, a logic IC with the value LOW SKEW CLOCK DRIVER is used. In order to maintain normal operation, the supply voltage (Vsup) should be maintained above 2.375V. A supply of +-2.5/+-3.3V volts is needed to power it. This output has 10 true outputs. It is also possible to obtain ECL MODE: VCC = 0V WITH VEE = -2.375V TO -3.8V when using this gadget.
