ICS853111AY-02LF Overview

There is a case option of LQFP available for this clock divider. Normal operation is limited to 3.2GHz. 32 terminations have been recorded. With a supply voltage of 3.3V, high efficiency is possible. Surface Mount is placed within the way of this object. A pin count of 32 can be found on it. A cut smart buffer of this type is contained in Clock Drivers. In order to maintain reliability, the maximum operating temperature is -40°C. The maximum operating temperature of 85°C enables stable operation. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) has been set to 3.8V. Logic IC with LOW SKEW CLOCK DRIVER value is used in this circuit. As a rule, the supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 2.375V for normal operation. There is a -2.5/-3.3/2.5/3.3V volt supply attached to it. We are able to produce 10 true outputs. As a result of utilizing this gadget, ECL MODE: VCC = 0V WITH VEE = -2.375V TO -3.8V is also available.
