ICS853016AGLF Overview


It is package in TSSOP case. In normal operation, 3GHz is the maximum value. A total of 8 terminations can be found in it. It is possible to achieve high efficiency with a 3.3V supply voltage. As a result, it is placed in the way of Surface Mount. 8 pins are present on timeing clock. There is a cut smart buffer contained in Clock Drivers that is used for this purpose. At a minimum working temperature of -40°C, it maintains reliability. It is possible to achieve stable operation when the maximum operating temperature is set to 85°C. In this case, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is set to 5.5V. In this clock divider, a logic IC with the value LOW SKEW CLOCK DRIVER is used. In order to maintain normal operation, the supply voltage (Vsup) should be maintained above 3V. A supply of +-3.3/+-5V volts is needed to power it. This output has 1 true outputs. It is also possible to obtain ECL MODE: VCC = 0V WITH VEE = -3V TO -5.5V when using this gadget.
