ICS651M Overview


There is a case option of SOIC available for this clock divider. Normal operation is limited to 200MHz. 8 terminations have been recorded. With a supply voltage of 1.5V, high efficiency is possible. Surface Mount is placed within the way of this object. A pin count of 8 can be found on it. In order to maintain reliability, the maximum operating temperature is 0°C. The maximum operating temperature of 70°C enables stable operation. The gadget belongs to the 651 family of clock buffers. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) has been set to 2.625V.
