ICS650R21ILF Overview
As part of the SSOP package, this clock generator is embedded. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. There are 20 terminations found in this file. To operate this time clock generator, 3.3V voltage should be applied. In this clock generator, Clock is used as the input to the clock. An up to 66.67MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. 5.5V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 3V. It is a 20-bit clock PLL designed specifically for microprocessors. There are -40°C operations that can be performed on this clock generator, which has impressive low-temperature performance. At 85°C, this RF synthesizer remains functional despite reduced performance.
