ICS650R-11IT Overview

As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. SSOP contains this Clock PLL. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 225. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 20 terminations. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 3.3V is required. This Clock PLL will be fed by Crystal as its input. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. Providing a maximum frequency of 80MHz, this clock-based RF synthesizer is suitable for a variety of applications. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 5.5V of power. This RF synthesizer has CLOCK GENERATOR, OTHER uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 3V. In particular, this clock PLL is designed to be used with microprocessors. Despite its low operating temperature, this clock generator has -40°C operations. There is even a possibility that this clock generator ic will last even when the temperature is 85°C. Clock Generators-type frequency generators are usually classified as this type.
