ICS527R-03 Overview

Embedded in the SSOP package is this Clock PLL. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 225 when reflowing. It contains a total of 28 terminations within RF synthesizer. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 3.3V. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be CMOS. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. Using this clock-based frequency synthesizer, you can achieve a maximum frequency of 160MHz. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 3.45V as a supply voltage. In this IC, a 28-bit frequency generator is designed specifically for use in microprocessors. There are 0°C operations available on this frequency generator and it operates at low temperatures. It is possible for the clock generator ic to work at 70°C with a reduced performance. As such, it is often referred to as a kind of Clock Drivers clock PLL. A analog clock generator with 1 true output enable pins is configured for this application. Logic circuits containing this analog clock generator are commonly used in PLL BASED CLOCK DRIVER logic.
