ICS525R-02I Overview
The QSOP package contains this clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 240 during reflowing. Despite its attenuated performance, this frequency synthesizer can last at 85°C. This clock PLL features ALSO OPERATES AT 3V MINIMUM SUPPLY for better clock signal output. It is unacceptable to supply this clock PLL with a voltage higher than 5.5V. There is a maximum supply voltage of 3V for this RF synthesizer.
