ICS4231M-03T Overview

As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. SOIC contains this Clock PLL. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 8 terminations. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 5V is required. This Clock PLL will be fed by Clock as its input. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. Providing a maximum frequency of 33MHz, this clock-based RF synthesizer is suitable for a variety of applications. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 5.5V of power. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 4.5V. In particular, this clock PLL is designed to be used with microprocessors. Despite its low operating temperature, this clock generator has 0°C operations. There is even a possibility that this clock generator ic will last even when the temperature is 70°C. In the case of excessive supply current (greater than 32mA), an element may be thermally destroyed.
