ICS307M02ILFT Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Digi-Reel® package. SOIC contains this Clock PLL. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 16 terminations. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 3.3V is required. This Clock PLL will be fed by Clock as its input. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. Providing a maximum frequency of 180MHz, this clock-based RF synthesizer is suitable for a variety of applications. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 5.5V of power. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 3V. The clock PLL can synthesi200MHze a clock frequency of 200MHz with high quality. In particular, this clock PLL is designed to be used with microprocessors. There is a 16 pin that is available on the digital clock generator. Despite its low operating temperature, this clock generator has -40°C operations. There is even a possibility that this clock generator ic will last even when the temperature is 85°C.
