The Isocom Components 2004 LTD ICPL4502 is a 5kV optoisolator with a Darlington transistor and a photovoltaic output. It has two isolated channels and it is designed to perform high-voltage isolation between two circuits. It has a low current requirement, with an operating current ranging from 1mA to 20mA and a maximum output voltage of 2500Vrms. This optoisolator is suitable for applications requiring a reliable, high-voltage isolation. It has a very wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and it is rated for up to 500Vrms surge pulses. The ICPL4502 also has a low-profile package design for easy mounting and a wide range of safety certifications. With its high-efficiency optocoupler and super-tough isolation, this optoisolator is an ideal choice for isolation applications in industrial, medical, and consumer electronics.
