The Isocom Components Optoisolators - Transistor, Photovoltaic Output ICPL3120SMT&R is an SMT optocoupler with a single channel featuring a Gullwing package. This optocoupler provides isolation between input and output couplings of around 10K volts as well as excellent common-mode noise immunity and high-speed switching performance. It has input-output coupling capacitance under 400pF and CTR from 40% to 400%. As a peak output current of 30mA, this optocoupler is suitable for use with devices such as microprocessors and programmable controllers. It has a wide operating temperature range from -55°C to 85°C and is capable of withstanding high temperature soldering. This optocoupler is a great choice for protecting circuits against dangerous high voltage surges.
