The Isocom Components 2004 LTD Optoisolators Logic Output ICPL2601 offer superior signal isolation and enhanced performance. These Optoisolators are a 2.5kV open collector 8-pin DIP ultra-high-density optocoupler for digital logic systems. Features include a minimum signal detection voltage of 1.4V, low propagation delay time, wide supply voltage range from 4.5 to 20V and an excellent common mode transien immunity of 35kV/?s. The wide temperature range and low power consumption make it suitable for industrial, commercial and consumer applications. The Optoisolator is rated for an isolation voltage of 2.5kV which makes it ideal for extreme voltage environments. With its high current transfer ratio of up to 20mA and low malfunction rate, customers can enjoy reliability and performance in their equipment and application needs.
