In the 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 2. There is a Cut Tape (CT) solid enclosure around the pmic. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). DC control operates at 11V~18V volts and has 11V~18V supply voltage. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a -25°C~125°C TJ. It can switch at 48.25kHz~1MHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. To provide efficient switching control, Dead Time Control, Enable, Soft Start is included in the dcdc regulator. A SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog integrated circuit is connected to the switch converters. DUAL are the position of the terminal of the switching converters. Various 20 terminations.
