HMC835LP6GETR Overview


In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. A Clock PLL is included with the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED under reflowing conditions. As the Clock PLL's input, Clock is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal.
