HMC5846LS6TR Overview

The RF amplifier has type VSAT RF.A high level of reliability is provided by using an advanced RF Amp' packaging Tape & Reel (TR).The RF power Amplifier ships overseas conveniently packed in 16-TFQFN Exposed Pad.In order to mount Amplifiers RF, it is recommended to follow the Surface Mount axis.Amplifiers RFs with 7V voltage capabilities can be used.This RF Amplifier needs to operate at 1.2A supply current in order to deliver its performance.16 pins are provided on the high power RF Amplifier.For its operation, 1.2A is the supply RF Amplifiers' current.
