HIP4086APZ Overview

For greater flexibility, the PDIP package is adopted.A package of Bulk has been used.This configuration includes 6 drivers.Mosfet driver consists of 24 terminations as Mosfet drivers foundation.The device is mounted using Through Hole.The pins are configured with 24 when designing the chip.The device is specifically designed to operate at 12V volts.Its interface IC is HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.1.5A is the maximum output current.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a temperature of 125°C.Operating temperatures can be as low as -40°C.Mosfet gate drivers is recommended to keep the supply current at 10.5mA to ensure greater stabilMosfet gate driversy.For operation, 95V is the maximum supply voltage.For operation, 7V is the minimum supply voltage.A current of 500mA is output by the device.Mosfet gate drivers is also possible to provide JUNCTION TEMPERATURE FOR TEST using unique technologies.A voltage of 101.3V is used as the output voltage.Mosfet driver ic is recommended to keep the maximum output voltage at 80V.
